Every Mind Deserves a Sarthi
Empowering Students Through Understanding of Their Minds
The Inspiration
Behind ManSarthi
When Abiha Abidi asked a student how they truly felt, they said,
“I just want someone to listen.”
That moment sparked MaSaarthi —
a space for the unheard,
where students, youth, and elders
are reminded:
Your pain is valid.
Your voice matters.
And you’re never alone.
At ManSarthi, we’re here to make people feel seen — in schools, in hospitals, and in everyday life.
In a world that teaches us to stay silent, we create space for emotions to breathe.
Through art, conversation, and care, we guide minds back to themselves — gently, honestly, and with heart.

We have tried and succeeded in reaching schools situated on the outskirts of Uttar Pradesh. This is where the mental health conversation is most critical, yet often entirely absent.
Our work in rural and semi-urban UP is not anecdotal—it is documented through dedicated, professional programs across multiple communities. W
Psycho-Educational Intervention: We conduct interactive workshops, utilizing digital presentations and distributing our science-backed guides to students in primary schools like the one in Phoolsingha, Sambhal District. We provide students with the language and tools for self-care.
Physical and Mental Resilience: Our curriculum extends beyond theory. We organize open yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) sessions for both students and community adults, actively promoting the mind-body connection necessary for stress management in environments like Hafeezpur.
Psycho-Educational Curriculum: We provide Neuroscience-Based Guides and digital training to simplify complex emotions, giving students and community members the language and tools for self-care.
Holistic Wellness IntegrationWe actively integrate Yoga, Pranayama, and Mind-Body Exercises into our workshops, ensuring that participants have practical, physical techniques to manage stress and anxiety.
Sustainable Livelihood ConnectionWe link emotional wellness to economic dignity through 'Threads of Resilience,' providing skills and community support to combat financial anxiety and boost self-esteem.
Creative & Expressive HealingWe foster non-verbal expression through our 'Hymns of Healing' poetry and expressive activities to reduce the stigma around verbalizing pain and build resilience.
Community Leader EmpowermentWe run 'Training the Trainer' programs and formal certificate ceremonies to empower women and elders as local wellness facilitators, ensuring our support network is sustainable and localized.
